She is survived by: her children, Kayla Estes (Jonathan), Justin Sampley, Shannon Fisher (Matthew) and Travis Hodgson (Melinda); her grandchildren, Skylar Ballard, Jadyn Sampley, Leiam Sampley, Haily Estes and Alexander Estes; her great grandchild Millie Sampley; her siblings, Eddie Sampley, Sindy Moore (Joe), Corwin Sampley, John Sampley and Lora Baumgartner; and her friend Steve Reeves.
