He is survived by: his wife Deb Lawill Purvis; his children, Andrea McAllister, Jacob Butler, Johnathan Purvis (Tiffany) and Tyler Carpenter (Marissa); his grandchildren, Jayla Blackburn, Madalyn Mae Carpenter, Leah Purvis and Riley Grace Carpenter; his siblings, Ginger Shelton (Thomas), Sandy Spicer, Becky Butler, Aaron and Nicole Butler (Eric); his brother-in-law Raymond Lawill (Jennifer); his close friend Dwayne Butler; and his pet Boomer.
A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Chuck made significant contributions to the construction industry as a dedicated metal framer with Specialty Interiors.
