He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Austin Roe and Alta Elizabeth Turner Roe; his son Michael Wayne Roe; and his siblings, Glennis Brooks, Carl Roe, Butch Roe, Faye Kidd and Rita Horvath.
He is survived by: his son David "Jason" Roe of Mt. Sterling; his brother Robert Pemberton (Bobbie) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Cassie Roe, Dakota Roe and Virginia Elizabeth Roe. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
