He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Norris and Dollie Norris; his wife Debbie Shultz Norris; and his sisters, Nancy Ward, Charlene Santfant and Dorothy Ralls.
He is survived by: his daughter Robin Norris of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Hunter J (Victoria) and Evan; his stepchildren, Cassie (John) and Brian; his stepgrandchildren, Macy, Ava, Gracyn, Harper, Hadley, Hudson, Hagan and Harrison; and his pets, Maggie and Molly.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals, Inc. (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Machpelah Cemetery (600 E Locust St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
