She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Rice and Doris Colliver. She is survived by: her husband Mike Kegley of Mt. Sterling, KY; her children, Barrett Kegley (Ashley) of Frenchburg, KY and Tami Moore (Daryl) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her grandchildren, Callie Moore, Alba Kegley and Kennedy Kegley.
