He is survived by: his wife Mildred Mullins; his children, Tammy Reed, Rhonda Martin (Brittany), Ruth Mullins (Krissy), Brad Mullins (Sherry Hale) and Gena Howard (Jerald); his grandchildren, Devon Berry (Jacob), Kaitlyn Bowles, Corey Bowles, Erin Howard, Morgan Howard, Brayden Mullins, Abeni Mullins and Nathan Mullins; his great grandchildren, Olivia Berry, Emma Berry, Connor Berry and Reed Berry; his siblings, Elsie Keith and Paul Terry Mullins; and his cousin Karen Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
