He is survived by: his wife Diane Campbell Howell; his son Ethan Campbell Howell; his grandchildren, Emma Howell, Morgan Howell, Hayden Howell, Spencer Howell and Katie Howell; his aunt Jo Ann Howell; and his cousins, Jimmy Howell (Diana), Kay Daugherty (Chuck) and Billy Paul Murray. He is also survived by many other cousins and his Grassy Lick Rd neighbors.
