She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Crump and Betsy Barber Crump; her spouse Bascom Gudgell Purvis; her children, Gary Purvis and Angela Crouch; and her siblings, Gene Crump, Ewell Crump, Howard Crump, Lucille Crump and Geneva Richmond.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Weitsch of Lexington, Sharon Updike (Danny) of Mt. Sterling and Chad Purvis of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Kevin Schenk, Craig Schenk, Jessica Becraft, Jason Fair, Christina Updike and Daniel Updike; and her siblings, Lena Haley (Dick) of Andrews, Indiana and Robert Crump of Morehead. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
