He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toy and Bonnie Jean Hunt Toy; and his siblings, Greg, Billy, Stevie Toy and Gail Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Elaine Toy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family & special friends.
