Sterling, KY; her stepdaughters, Dana Neal of Paris, KY and Stacy Lyons of Owingsville, KY; her stepgrandsons, Brandon Neal and Justin Neal; and her brother Elmer Ray Feltner of Perry County, KY.. She is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren.
