He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Cline Williams; his daughter Kem Spencer (Wayne); his sisters, Carol Stephens and Bobbie Mae Chaney (David); his grandchildren, Ashli Nelson (Ryan), Emily Spencer, Austin Williams (Emily) and Anthony Spencer; his great grandchildren, Cashous Spencer and Cain Hardy; his daughter-in-law Michelle Williams; and his pet Rudy. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in law.
