He is survived by: his son Jacob Bailey Conley Briscoe (Kylie Brianne Lyons) of Stanton; his siblings, Jeff Conley of Mt. Sterling, Hershell Gene Conley of Prestonsburg, Wanda Adkins (Billy) of Owingsville, Rhonda Conley of Mt. Sterling and Linda Adams (Emil) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchild Bailey Ann Briscoe; and his close friend Jessica Richmond.
