He is survived by: his wife Judy McClure Keith of Mt. Sterling; his son Duane Thomas Keith of Lexington; his sister Peggy Haulfler of Mt. Sterling; his granddaughter Sara Keith Shackelford (John) of Mt. Sterling; and his great grandchild Kennedy Grace Shackelford.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
