C.; Billy Wayne Gilvin (Norma) of Mount Sterling, KY.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
