He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Libby Harlow Stephens; parents: Harold Clay and Roxie Louise Purvis Stephens; brothers: Roy Gene (Valerie) Stephens and Harold clay Jr. (Joy) Stephens; sister: Brenda Faye Stephens Howard; daughters: Leigh Parker (Shayne), Jamie Hatton (BJ), Alicia Manconi (JJ), and Toni Manconi Pitts (Ron); grandchildren: Jenny Manconi Stanley, Michelle Parker Mayabb, Mason Hatton IV, Aaron Toy, Jacob Toy, Alex Hatton, McKenzie Pitts, Gunner Toy, and Warren Pitts; great-grandchildren: Raylan, Ralph Carter, Brinley, Addyson, Karleigh, Kamryn, Jackson, Jettson, Kaysen, and Jace; nieces and nephews: Alicia, Kristen, Michelle, Kat, DJ, Jordan, and Jay; officiant: Pastor Chris Davis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Larry's name to Pinky's Promise, a cause near and dear to his heart.
