With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Liberty Hall of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sterling, KY, Lily Hall of West Milton, OH and Lexie Hall of Mt. Sterling, KY; her grandparents, Sammy, Debbie Cantrell of West Liberty, KY, William, Tammy Mills of Dayton, OH and Kimberly Hall of Dayton, OH; and her great-grandparent Jeanette Mills of New Carlisle, OH..
