He is survived by: his children, Vickie Hine (Michael), Virgil Neal (Melanie) and Debbie Thompson; his grandchildren, Kasey Dailey (Paxton) and Lindsey Craig; his great grandchildren, Kason and Emmett Dailey; and his brother Wallace Neal (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
