He was predeceased by: his son Timmy Collins; and his siblings, Betty Conley, Skeeter Collins and Henry Collins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lawson Collins of Mt. Sterling; his daughter Tina Collins of Mt. Sterling; his granddaughters, Sylvia Collins of Mt. Sterling and Stephanie Jones (Ian) of Chesapeake, Virginia; his great grandchild Kennedy Jones; and his niece Diana Amburgey.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Machpelah Cemetery.
