She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Noble; her parents, William Ray and Nancy D. Crawley Neal of Clark County, KY.; her son Earl Noble Jr.; and her siblings, Pauline Noble, Mary Jane Mastin, Kathleen Caudill, James William Neal, Thomas Gene Neal and Charles Robert Neal.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey L. Noble (Cindy) of Seminole, FL; and her siblings, Barbara Neal, John Neal (Theressa) of Winchester, KY. and Kenneth Neal (Marion) of Winchester, KY.. She is also survived by loving extended family, including nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
