He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph George and Incarnata "Inky" Gates Gillig; and his siblings, Rosemary and James Gillig (Marilyn "Mame"). He is survived by: his wife Alberta Gillig; his children, Ashley Culbertson (Shane) and Brandon Gillig; his grandson Kameron Culbertson; and his siblings, Michael "Smily" Gillig (Diane), Patricia Heckel (Roger), Marilyn Wangler (Ed), Susan Weidner (Terry) and Christine Rivera (Leo). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
