He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Toy; his brother Claude Raymond "Buddy" Toy; his children, Erica Toy Harvey (Philip Woodard), Jennifer Brinegar and Jeremy Allen Toy (Julia); his grandchildren, Jonas Toy, Eleanor Toy, Morgan Curtis (Jake Lee) and Jesse Curtis (Ashlee); and his close friends, Roger, Janna Lyman, Kenny, Louise Toy, Brandon and Emily Keaton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Mt. Sterling Lion's Club.
