Ruby Taulbee Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Taulbee of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howell and Florence Means Howell; her sons, Michael Taulbee and David Taulbee; and her grandson Brandon Taulbee.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tiffany Rison (Roy), Christopher Taulbee and Nicholas Taulbee.
