He is survived by: his children, David Ballard (Laura), Stephen Ballard, Michelle Fairchild (Kevin), Alexius Ballard and Gage Ballard; his grandchildren, Taylor Ballard (Emily), Sierra Ballard, Branson Ballard, Hayden Meeks, Branson Fairchild and Joelle Ballard; his great grandchildren, Rayna Masoumi, Maverick Stiltner, Anneliese Ballard and Eleanor Ballard; his siblings, Ricky Ballard and Lisa Rife; his niece Regina Martin; his uncle Smiley Ballard; and his pet Tiny. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
