He was predeceased by: his father Norvel Rupe; and his parents-in-law, Seldon Heizer and Esta Smallwood Heizer. He is survived by: his wife Lola Heizer Rupe of Mt. Sterling, KY.; his children, Lacey Rupe of Morehead, KY., Brian (Jenna Rupe) and Casey Rupe of Paris, KY.; and his grandsons, Ayden Rupe and Landyn Rupe.
