He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Thacker and Kelpia Abshire Thacker; and his sister Rita McGuire. He is survived by : his wife Judy Hinkle Thacker; his children, Justin Thacker of Lexington, KY, Jason Thacker of Inez, KY, Jacob Thacker of Mount Sterling, KY, Jessica Thacker Salyers (Kevin Williams) of Pikeville, KY and Jennifer McPeak (Randall) of Pikeville, KY; his brother Donald Ray Thacker (Norma) of Hardy, KY.; and his grandchildren, Courtlyn Grace Salyers, Maleigh Bryn Salyers, Casen Cole Childers, Rylie Shae McPeak, Aiden Scott McPeak and Kelan Trey McPeak.
