He is survived by: his wife Janet Carol Smith Caudill; his children, Terry Caudill (Rhea) of Morehead, Tommy Caudill (Dianne) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Judy Alcorn of Milford, Ohio; his stepchildren, David Conn (Melissa) of West Liberty, Robin Chaffin of Eagle River and Stacy Hite (Chris) of Grand Junction, Colorado.; his sisters, Sylvia Tackett of Louisville and Janet Conley (Arby) of Salyersville, Kentucky; his niece Dena Belcher; and his nephews, James Tackett and Jason Tackett. He is also survived by nine grandchildren: seven great-grandchildren: and a host of step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
