He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Renee Sizemore (Paul) of Mt. Sterling, KY; his siblings, Timothy Hurley, Jr. (Rachel) of Stopover, KY, Eddie Dean Hurley of Stopover, KY and Audra Bernice Hurley of Stopover, KY; his grandchildren, Chase Sizemore (Alexis) and Nicholas Sizemore; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Sizemore and Eliana Sizemore.
