It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Owens of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Tincher and Ida Katherine Smallwood; her husband Jeff Owens; her children, Jason Aaron Craft and Crystal Shannon Craft Dees; and her brothers, Charles Edward Tincher and James Melvin Tincher.
She is survived by : her children, Johnathon Craft (Owens) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Tabatha Michelle Craft of Mt. Sterling, KY; her siblings, Arthur R. Tincher, Jr. of Lexington, KY, Linda Willyard of Elizabethtown, KY, Katherine Markwell (Thomas) of Winchester, KY and Jean Markwell of Winchester, KY; her grandchildren, Cassandra Sue Lee Coffey, Rebecca Hamm, Joshua Rothwell, Casey Kilgore and Macey Craft; and her great grandchildren, Haven Allen, Weston Fooks and Clayton Kilgore.
