Wendy Ison Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wendy Ison of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wendy Ison to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Elam and Martha Hodge Elam; and her brothers, Charles Elam and Doug Elam. She is survived by: her sons, Brett Ison (Emma) of Nicholasville and Mark Ison (Annette) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Alexander Ison, Benjamin Ison, Emily Ison and Ella Ison; her brothers, Terry Elam of Hamilton, Donnie Elam of Mt. Sterling and Harry Pennington of Mt. Sterling; and her close friend Gary Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
