He was predeceased by: his parents, George Evans and Willie May Hinkle Evans. He is survived by: his wife Joan Chalef Evans of Mt. Sterling; and his sister Jackie Evans of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
