She is survived by: her mother Patricia Kearsey Chambon (Roger Girouard) of Tennessee; her grandmother Clair Wilson Smith of Arkansas; her brother Philip George Chambon III of New Jersey; her uncles, Robert Shewmake (Sharon) of Arkansas and Scott Smith (Melody) of California; and her niece Maddie Agnew of Tennessee.
