It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Marie Furmon (Mount Vernon, Kentucky), who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Brown and Rhoda Gibbons Brown; her husband Bentley "Mutt" Furmon; and her brothers, Eugene and Sidney Brown.

She is survived by : her children, Darrell Furmon, Virginia Durham, Vernon and Nancy Roxann Honchell; and her siblings, Robert Brown (Georgia) of Scottsburg, IN and Audrey Furmon of Richmond, IN..
