It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Gabbard of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Preston Gabbard and Henrietta Thacker Gabbard; his son Preston Wayne Gabbard; his brother Frankie Gabbard; and his great grandchildren, Tara and Olivia Jones.
He is survived by : his grandchildren, Alysea and Renezmae Dryer; his wife Naomi Sparks Gabbard; his children, Stephen Jones, Elizabeth Jackson (Dwight), Thomas Jones and Delena Byrd (Hershel); and his siblings, Donald Gabbard (Donna), Robert Gabbard (Fran), Johnny Gabbard, Marlene Anglin and Kay Lamb (Gene).
