Vernon; his stepchildren, Chad Bader of Somerset and Faith Schwartz of Brodhead; his siblings, Johnathon Bond (Melissa) of Livingston, Bobby Bond (Heather) of Louisville, William Carter of London and Anne Mason (Bosco) of East Bernstadt; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Shannon, Kenton Shannon, Harley Martin, Chloe Tankersley and Charlie Bader; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava Sigmon, Sebastian Shannon and Ezekiel Barnett.
