It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Raines (Mount Vernon, Kentucky), born in Livingston, Kentucky, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion "Herbert" Raines and Mae Carpenter Raines; and his siblings, Floyd William Raines, Quillen C Raines and Ruby Phillips.

He is survived by : his wife Evelene Hammond Raines; his daughters, Shannon Gibson (Doyle), Renee Bullock (Tim), Lisa Raines and Shelley Lewis (Jack); his grandchildren, Adam Bales, Jordan Bales, Ian Bullock (Kayla) and Hannah Bullock (Chad); and his great grandchildren, Halli Bales and Lillian Bullock.
