He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kirby and Flora Mullins Kirby (Mullins); and his grandparents, George Mullins, Dollie Mullins (Pittman), Charlie Kirby (Sport) and Rachel Kirby (Jones).
He is survived by: his grandchild Jaiden Barnes; his siblings, George Timothy Kirby of Mt Vernon and Patricia Philbeck of Mt Vernon; and his siblings' children, Melissa Brock and Shawn Kirby. He is also survived by three great nieces, and one great nephew.
