She was predeceased by: her former husband Bobby "Bud" Cash; her parents, William McFerron and Marie Robbins; her brother Bobby McFerron; and her son-in-law Mickey Shaffer.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Lark; her daughters, Rita Cash Shaffer of Mt. Vernon and Sherry Cash Spragens (Mark) of Brodhead; her stepson Marty Lark of Nicholasville; her siblings, Frances Robbins Breedlove of Hamilton, OH, Janice Mason (George, Jr.) of Orlando and Randall Robbins (Donna) of Berea; her grandsons, Mikhael Shaffer (Callie) of Mt. Vernon and Alex Spragens (Yani) of Chicago, IL; her stepgrandchildren, Nicholas Lark (Jessica) and Kathryn Lark (Zachary); her great grandchildren, Silas, Celia, Clara, Corey Shaffer and Henry Lark; and her caregivers, Lori Gadd and Polly Matthis.
