She is survived by: her husband Earl Phillips; her children, Paula Cowan (Greg) of Mt. Vernon, Robby Phillips (Julie) of Brodhead and Billy Phillips (Christy) of Mt. Vernon; her siblings, Jim Kirby (Linda) of Virginia, Bobby Kirby of Mt. Vernon, Betty Bussell of Mt. Vernon and Donna Mink (Ronnie) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Katie Burdette (Grant), Joseph Cowan, Gentry Phillips, Emma Phillips, Noah Phillips, Ethan Phillips and Ava Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Burdette and Colton Burdette.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Youth Programs at Northside or First Baptist Churches.
