She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Lunsford and Ada Byrd Lunsford; and her siblings, Lana Pannell and Larry Lunsford. She is survived by : her husband Ray Philbeck; her sons, Charles Philbeck (Marry Lynn) and Ray Todd of Mt. Vernon, KY; her grandchildren, Brady, Leslie and Tommy Philbeck; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Taylor, Chase, Eli, Elenor and Elaina; and her friend Elijah Baker.
