She is survived by: her children, Leo (Debbie Hayes), Dinah (Eddie Moore), Jean Proctor, James Hayes, Henry Hayes, Phyllis (Mack Partin), Norine (Leon Frith), Dicie (David Allen) and Doug (Lois Hayes); her grandchildren, Bobby Hayes, Skyler Hayes, Chris Frith, Jennifer Cameron, Stacy York, Tracey Moore, Dougie Houk, Angie Smith, Shonda Brock, Josh Brewer, Matt Allen, Jesse Hayes, Devon Hayes and Clay Napier; and her sister Christine Lunsford. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
