He is survived by : his parents, Bentley Collins and Linda Rose Hayes; and his siblings, Kenneth Collins, Bentley Austin Collins, Diana Floyd, Rebecca Floyd and Lora Floyd.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Hill Holiness Church's. Wilderness (55 Crawford Ln, Mt Vernon, KY 40456). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
