With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Joan Morgan of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, born in Brodhead, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Albert Scott and Verla Francis Scott; and her sisters, Jealen Marcum and Carolyn Scott. She is survived by : her husband David Edward Morgan.
