She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Deward Whitaker and Lorene Stephens Whitaker; her husband George "Clint" McCown; her sons, Clint McCown (Ashley) and Kevin McCown; her sisters, Vicki Brown (Alan), Diana Sand (Joe) and Wanda Hatter (late Lenny); her grandchildren, Matthew Thomason, Melinda Johnson (Devin) and Elijah Renner; and her great grandchildren, Drake, Gavin and Trent Johnson. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
