He was predeceased by: his father Billy Bishop; and his in-laws, Donald and Linda Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Omah Kathleen Bishop (Jones); his wife Sharon Rae Bishop (Hayes) of Mt. Vernon; his son Quenton Lee Bishop of Mt. Vernon; his sister Rose Sharon Bishop of Richmond; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Alvin Hayes of Springfield and Brenda Hayes of Brodhead; and his nieces, Amy Yates (John) of Mt. Vernon, Andrea Parker (Sonny) of Mt. Vernon and Jessica Hayes of Nicholasville. He is also survived by great nieces and a great nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home For Funerals (148 W Main St, Brodhead, KY 40409).
