He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Bray Shepard; his children, Deborah Powell (Bobby) of Berea, KY, Kathy Hunt of Mt. Vernon, KY and Larry Hellard (Tara) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley Winkler (J. T.), Robert Durbin (Erica), Angel Roberts, Elizabeth Hunt, Darlene McCollum, Bobbie Strong and Trina Craft-Sisson; and his great grandchildren, Cyrus, Maggie, Marlee, Robbie, Charity, JoJo, Jean, Daniel, Camry and Ian.
