He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Mink Miller; his daughter Brenda Kelley (Tim) of Mt. Vernon; his grandsons, Jordan Kelley (Sarah) of Mt. Vernon and John Kelley of Mt. Vernon; and his great grandchildren, Laney and Adaline Kelley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
