He was predeceased by: his father Hargis Delmer Proffitt; his grandson Trevor Exline; and his niece Tiffany Harlow. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Taylor (White); his girlfriend Crystal Hull; his former wife DeeDee Proffitt; his children, Matthew Proffitt and Ashley Exline; his siblings, Trampus Proffitt, Sherry Taylor, Laura Taylor, Hargis Proffitt, Jr. and Amanda Proffitt; and his grandchildren, Torren Exline, Tyrone Keeton, Alexis Keeton and Payton Ely. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
