Vernon, Virgie Cleghorn of Hatboro, PA, Alice Stidham of Franklin, IN, Brenda Martin of Washington State and Eliza Evans of Indianapolis, IN; his half-brother Tim Pennington of Hyden; his uncles, Junior Pennington of Leatherwood, Owen Pennington of Somerset and LeRoy Pennington of Somerset; his aunt Yvonne Pennington of Leatherwood; and his close friends, Judy Bullock, Michael Bullock and Tena Pigg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
