She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev. Luther Kirby and Gracie Jones Kirby; her husband Clyde B. Owens; and her daughter Carol Wise. She is survived by : her children, Clyde Ronald Owens, David Wendell Owens and Phyllis Parrett; and her brother Billy Joe Kirby. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
