She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Fields Jr.; her children, Michael Dean Fields and Charlene Fields; her parents, Howard Eldridge and Mary Caudill Eldridge; and her siblings, Burnest, Ernest, Gladis Eldridge, Jeanette Hamilton and Elsie Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Fields and Robert Dean Fields (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Carla Fields; her sisters, Mabel Collins and Violet Trumbo; her granddaughters, Shirlene Griffin, Darlene Vaughn, Tonya Fields, Elizabeth Fields and Deanna Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Joshua, Ghyser, Garrett and Marion.
